About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates.
2. Matching candidates with suitable job openings.
3. Evaluating candidates\' qualifications and suitability.
4. Conducting interviews with candidates.
5. Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Coordinating the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salary, and handling paperwork.
7. Negotiating salary and benefits packages with candidates
