Roles and Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition Intern
Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other channels to identify and approach potential candidates.
Conduct telephonic or video screening to evaluate candidates' suitability based on job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews efficiently.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Excel databases.
Assist in promoting the company's brand through engaging recruitment content and campaigns.
Support offer letter preparation and help with onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports for HR review.
Conduct research on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
