Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiner preferred
