We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven MBA student to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to core HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Support HR in onboarding and documentation processes. - Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an
MBA in Human Resources or a related specialization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations. - Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. - Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
