What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be an integral part of our recruitment efforts, involved in every stage of the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing & Screening:
Actively search for and identify top talent using various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, etc.). Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding:
Assist in developing and promoting MyOperator's employer brand through various channels.
Recruitment Strategy:
Support the team in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Ad-hoc Projects:
Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed, gaining exposure to other facets of human resources.
What We're Looking For:
A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Talent Acquisition.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a team player mindset.
Candidates pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
