Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

We are seeking an experienced Talent acquisition Intern to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selectingqualified candidates.
? Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies.
? Posting job openings on various platforms and utilizing social media and professional networks toattract top talent.
? Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting pre-employment assessments, and coordinatinginterviews.
? Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment records in our HRIS. ? Negotiating job offers and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires. ? Assisting with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HRprojects as and when needed.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or BE MBA graduates
Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment particulary IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agencysetting.
? Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions.
? Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
? Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. ? Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
