Job Description

Source candidates through

job portals, social media, and internal databases

. Screen resumes based on

job requirements and eligibility criteria

. Coordinate and schedule

telephonic and virtual interviews

. Maintain and update

candidate trackers, MIS, and hiring reports

. Follow up with candidates for

documents, availability, and interview feedback

. Assist in

posting job openings

across multiple hiring platforms. Support

offer rollout and onboarding coordination

activities. Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a

positive hiring experience

. Work closely with the HR team to meet

weekly hiring targets

. Adhere to

confidentiality and data privacy guidelines
