Role Overview

Assist the TA team in end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, product, and educator roles. Gain hands-on experience in high-volume edtech hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, while advancing our mission to transform education worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms. Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content. Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100+ monthly hires. Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Current student/recent grad in HR, Business, or related (0-1 year exp). Excellent communication, organization; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Passion for edtech/startups; LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity a plus. Bengaluru-based; 2 - 3 month full-time internship availability.
