Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
Support campus hiring and fresher recruitment initiatives
Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
Eligibility & Skills
Recent graduate (Any stream)
Interest in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS tools (preferred)
Strong willingness to learn and take ownership
