will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a corporate HR environment.
By assisting in recruitment activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting onboarding initiatives, the talent acquisitionIntern will contribute to building a strong and efficient talent acquisition function within the company.
Role & Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Screening
Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates that best fit job requirements.
Support in creating and posting engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.
2. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
Follow up with candidates and maintain professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
3. Recruitment Operations & Data Management
Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling recruitment-related data.
Support in preparing weekly/monthly hiring reports as needed.
4. Onboarding & HR Support
Assist in onboarding activities for newly hired employees to ensure a seamless joining experience.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Education:
Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with prior internship experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
