Key Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and job boards Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across various channels Engage in employer branding activities, including LinkedIn outreach Assist in campus outreach and internship drives Provide support in pre-onboarding and documentation processes

Qualifications:



Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Prior experience in hiring/recruiting or EdTech is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
