Your Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with potential candidates, including senior professionals
Source talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases
Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups
Interpret job descriptions and align them with candidate profiles
Maintain and regularly update structured candidate databases
Get hands-on exposure to leadership hiring and advanced sourcing techniques
Who Can Apply
Final-year students or recent graduates from any stream
Preferred:
Candidates with prior HR or Talent Acquisition internship/experience
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Comfortable making professional outreach calls daily
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn
Basic proficiency in MS Excel; prior exposure to hiring platforms is a plus
