As a Talent Acquisition Intern at IIDE, you will support the HR team in executing bulk hiring for Sales and other critical roles. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment--from sourcing candidates to onboarding--while building skills in stakeholder management, communication, and data handling. It is ideal for someone eager to pursue recruitment as a career and comfortable with high-volume calling in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Assist in bulk recruitment by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Sales and other roles.
Conduct high-volume telephonic screenings daily.
Support HR interviews, candidate shortlisting, and documentation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets/Excel or ATS and prepare weekly hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by sharing timely updates and feedback.
Manage repetitive tasks with patience and attention to detail.
Who You Are
Must-Have:
Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with high-volume calling.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Should Have:
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Ability to stay resilient, patient, and motivated to meet hiring targets.
Nice to Have:
Prior internship or experience in recruitment/HR operations.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
