Key Responsibilities

Assist in the

end-to-end recruitment process

, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles Create and manage

job postings

on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals Conduct

telephonic interviews

and perform initial candidate assessments Coordinate with

clients and candidates

for interview scheduling and feedback Maintain accurate

candidate data

and update recruitment trackers regularly Support senior recruiters in fulfilling

client hiring requirements

across multiple industries Learn and use

recruitment tools, databases, and CRM/ATS systems

effectively
