Looking out for smart interns to be a part of our Human Resource department. The internship will be for a period of 6 months. Responsibilities:
Planning activities for employees
Email communication and coordination with management
Manage the IT and non IT Recruitment
Posting & publishing job descriptions on our network and different portals
Sourcing candidates and database from job portals
Roles and Responsibilities:
We need a person who can work on full-time basis for our organization
Manage the IT Recruitment and selection process
Taking/organizing sessions for our employees
Planning activities for employees
Motivating employees on a regular basis
Expectations from Candidate
Good at communication
Should be innovative
Immediate joiner or within 1 week
Good grasping skills and a quick learner
Travel to office on a daily basis for the first 2 months at least, then maybe 1 or 2 a week once gets settled with the roles and responsibilities
