About the Role:
As an Intern at 2Factor, youll play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team in various day-to-day operations. You'll gain practical exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support -- all within a fast-growing tech environment. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about people operations, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative in a collaborative, high-energy workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities, including document collection, induction coordination, and welcome communication.
Coordinate training sessions and track participation and feedback.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
