Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Duration: 6 months

Qualification: MBA HR background with good communication skills.

Localite of Pune will be preferred.

Stipend : 25k per month

Brief JD

Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and the company website to attract qualified candidates Utilize different sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/HODs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
