About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate suitability for open roles. Conduct cold calls to engage potential candidates and assess interest/availability. Share shortlisted profiles with the Talent Acquisition team for further processing. Handle candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism. Assist with various HR and recruitment initiatives as needed. Maintain and update candidate data and trackers using MS Excel.

Additional Information:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with candidates. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, data handling). Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
