ROLE DETAILS:

? Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

? Duration: 3 Months (full-time offer based on performance)

? Stipend: Up to ₹25,000 per month

? Languages: English and Hindi

? Work Mode: Work from Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for the clients.

? Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.

? Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure role fit.

? Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates.

? Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

? Prepare job descriptions and recruitment posts as required.

? Ensure timely closures and a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

? Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Business Administration, or a related field.

? Strong interest in recruitment with willingness to own responsibilities.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver results under deadlines.

? Familiarity with MS Office tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

? Pursuing or a recent graduate in Business Management or a related field.

? Availability to join in 30 days.
