Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Goregaon(E)

Internship Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager

Qualification :

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

B.E in Mechanical Engineering

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and feedback follow-up.

2. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Maintain and update the recruitment database

3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.

4. Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates.

5.Help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
