Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Help in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the recruitment database / applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Assist the TA team in conducting initial HR calls (if required).
Help in employer branding initiatives (social media posts, campus drives, etc.).
Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.
Perform ad-hoc recruitment tasks and projects as assigned by the TA team.
