Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in documentation and onboarding formalities for new hires.
Prepare job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
Requirement:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
