We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist with 0-2 years of experience to manage our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment for both in-house and client requirements. This includes scheduling interviews, screening candidates, posting job openings on various platforms, and managing all hiring documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and screen candidates.
Schedule interviews for in-house and client requirements.
Manage the complete hiring process including document collection.
Post job openings on multiple platforms.
Maintain clear communication with candidates and team members.
Requirements:
0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken).
Smart, professional, and highly organized.
Candidates living in Kochi are preferred.
