Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Recruitment Intern

to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR and hiring. You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation. Help with onboarding documentation and joining formalities. Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. 0-1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome).
