Roles and responsibilities
Figure out different sources to reach out to desired candidates for different roles.
Coordinate various interview processes with the team and candidates.
Identifying the candidates who are a good fit for the roles we are hiring for.
Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
