Source candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri and social media.
Screen CVs and applications against job requirements and prepare shortlists.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens under guidance and summarize candidate feedback.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ERP.
Support campus hiring activities and recruitment events (coordination + outreach).
Help create job postings and employer-branding content for social channels.
Assist with basic reference checks and onboarding paperwork.
REQUIREMENT:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline).
Strong written & verbal communication.
Good attention to detail and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, quick to learn ERP Frappe.
* Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR/Recruitment is a plus.
