Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Fresher IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a recruiter, you will assist in identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified technical candidates for various IT roles across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual to start their career in HR and IT recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze IT job descriptions and match suitable profiles o Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and other platforms o Conduct initial screenings and evaluate basic technical fit o Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams o Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and reports using Excel or Google Sheets o Follow up with candidates through each stage of the hiring process o Maintain communication with hiring managers regarding open positions o Support onboarding and documentation as required
Must-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of common IT roles (e.g., Java Developer, QA Tester, DevOps Engineer)
Understanding of basic technologies (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, Cloud)
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques (including Boolean Search)
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Good organizational and time management skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have (Bonus)
Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) o Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle o Knowledge of background verification and document collection processes
Qualifications
Any degree, with passion to grow in recruitment and HR career
