About Role:

We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team!

What you'll do:

Source and screen candidates via job portals & social media Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process Maintain candidate records in ATS Support recruitment strategies & employer branding

What we're looking for:

Pursuing/Completed degree in HR, Business, or related field Strong communication & organizational skills Proactive, detail-oriented & eager to learn

Stipend:

?5,000/month (first 3 months), ?8,000/month (next 3 months based on performance)

Future Opportunity:

High performers will be absorbed as full-time employees at industry standards.

Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
