Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Department: Human Resource

Duration: [6 months]

: DevLabs Technology are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. As a TA Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process and help us identify top talent for our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job boards, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' basic qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate details and recruitment statuses in database. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms. Coordinate feedback and follow-up communications with candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:

Completed a bachelor's(B.Tech) or master's degree in computer science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous internship or experience in IT recruitment or related field is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) is an advantage.
