About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and smart Talent Acquisition Interns to join our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in HR and Recruitment. You will be closely involved in end-to-end recruitment activities -- from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to maintaining the recruitment database and supporting offer closures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate database. Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations. Contribute to meeting hiring targets and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

Undergraduate (any stream). Decent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Excel. Energetic, smart, and eager to learn. Strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines.
