We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our HR team. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management. This role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in HR and recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards.
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas.
Skills and Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
