Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you'll be part of the core HR team and support end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement processes:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes via Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals.
Conduct telephonic screening of candidates for various roles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Support onboarding documentation and coordination.
Assist in HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
Research best practices in recruitment and HR tech tools.
What We're Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
Eagerness to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
