Role Overview
As an
IT Recruiter Intern
, you will gain hands-on experience across the complete recruitment lifecycle -- from talent sourcing and screening to client coordination and candidate relationship management. This internship is perfect for individuals passionate about

Key Responsibilities
Assist in
sourcing and screening
candidates for various IT positions.
Support the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update
candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Collaborate with the recruitment team on
staffing requirements and client acquisition
efforts.
Build and maintain
strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Actively participate in
HR initiatives
, team discussions, and process improvement activities.
