Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (South West Delhi)

Job Type: Full-time

Duration: 4-6 months

Stipend: 10-12k Per Month

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in hiring and talent management, and who wants hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process in a dynamic work environment.

What You'll Do:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Support in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms Help maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires

What We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively Attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
