We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the entire recruitment cycle -- from understanding hiring needs to onboarding the right talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or junior professional to build a strong career in HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Support employer branding and HR initiatives when required.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good understanding of hiring trends and HR practices.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
