Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.
