The HR Officer - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for assigned roles. This includes sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for assigned positions across functions.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
.
Conduct
initial screenings
to evaluate experience, communication, and role fit.
Coordinate with
hiring managers
to understand job requirements and set hiring timelines.
Schedule and manage
interview rounds
, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers, MIS, and dashboards
.
Ensure
positive candidate experience
and timely offer rollouts.
Support onboarding activities including
document collection and joining formalities
.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for critical roles.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with
company policies and audit requirements
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
