Key Responsibilities:
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and organizational fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process.
Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and on-campus recruitment drives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
[1-2] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and MS excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
