HR Recruiter

to join our HR team, drive our hiring goals, and contribute to other HR functions as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze hiring requirements for various IT positions (e.g., Developers, Designers, QA, DevOps). Create and post engaging job descriptions across job portals, social platforms, and professional networks. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Ensure timely communication with candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation. Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, policy communication, and record management when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in HR may apply). Basic understanding of IT roles and skills. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn search, or recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of IT/Software Development terminologies. Exposure to headhunting and niche role hiring. Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems (ATS). Interest in building a career in recruitment and broader HR functions.
