Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and social platforms
Create clear, role-specific
job descriptions
and gather hiring requirements from stakeholders
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures with low
TAT
Build and maintain
strong talent pipelines
for ongoing hiring needs
What We're Looking For
6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment
Strong experience in Non-IT hiring and bulk recruitment
Excellent communication
, sourcing, and negotiation skills
Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with major job portals and hiring tools
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
