Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for both
Non-IT and IT roles
, including Sales, Operations, Support, Digital Marketing, Executive Assistance, Content/Writing, and more.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop clear, accurate, and role-specific job descriptions.
Post openings on relevant job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn) and execute proactive sourcing strategies.
Plan and manage
bulk hiring initiatives
, including walk-ins, job fairs, and mass recruitment drives.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and placement tie-ups.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Education:
Master's degree or relevant qualification.
Experience:
6 months in recruitment.
Strong familiarity with job portals, sourcing tools, and hiring platforms.
Preferred:
Prior experience in bulk or volume hiring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
