An Ideal Candidate:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute
  • 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 3-5 years in global sales hiring
  • Experience in industrial, steel, mining, infrastructure, or engineering sectors preferred
  • Prior exposure to managing international recruitment campaigns or bulk/leadership sales hiring is a strong advantage
Key Competencies:
Design and implement a robust hiring strategy for global and domestic sales positions aligned with business goals. Lead workforce planning and proactive talent pipelining for high-impact roles in Sales, Exports, Business Development, and Channel Sales. Collaborate with business heads to forecast hiring needs based on market expansion, sales performance, and organizational growth. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, evaluation, interviews, offer negotiation to onboarding. Source candidates through a variety of channels including job portals, LinkedIn, talent research, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Act as the primary liaison between business leadership, HR, and recruitment partners globally. Build and manage relationships with overseas recruitment consultants, executive search firms, and local talent partners for international sales hiring. Drive compliance with internal SLAs, TAT, and recruitment metrics. Develop employer branding strategies to position Rashmi Metaliks Ltd as a preferred employer in the international and domestic markets. Conduct market intelligence, competitor talent mapping, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment trend analysis. Track and report recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, diversity metrics, and hiring source effectiveness. Provide weekly/monthly hiring dashboards and analytics to leadership. Mentor and guide a small team of recruiters or regional hiring specialists. Optimize hiring processes and introduce automation/digital solutions where applicable. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, audit standards, and international hiring norms.
