Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent in the fields of

industrial automation, SCADA systems, AVEVA platforms, and PLC technologies

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical skill sets relevant to engineering, industrial IT, and OT domains.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across engineering, automation, and IT teams. Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms. Source candidates with expertise in:

SCADA systems

(e.g., Wonderware, AVEVA System Platform)

PLC programming

(e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider)

AVEVA software suite

(e.g., AVEVA Historian, InTouch, System Platform)

Industrial IT/OT integration technologies

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate technical assessments and panel interviews with internal stakeholders. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Promote employer branding through social media, networking, and partnerships with industry groups or universities. Track and report recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in technical or engineering recruitment, preferably within the IT/OT or industrial automation domain. Familiarity with technical skills related to SCADA, AVEVA, PLCs, industrial networks, and engineering teams. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:



Experience recruiting for EPCs, system integrators, or industrial software providers. Understanding of project-based hiring and contract staffing. Background in automation, control systems, or manufacturing IT is a plus.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a half-day: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM)


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,562.74 - ₹20,605.51 per month
