Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals is an added advantage
