Roles & Responsibilities::
Master or Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related fields.
Should have knowledge in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments. (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and extend offer)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Should have knowledge of Job boards like Naurki, TimesJob, Foundit, Indeed and other.
Knowledge of Linkedin sourcing tools & methodologies and other social media tools will be an added advantage
Proficiency in using recruitment technology & tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation & convincing skills
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
