Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and on boarding candidates
Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Create and publish job postings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
Support campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar HR role, IT-Non IT
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
