Key Responsibilities



Full-Cycle Recruitment

: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaboration

: Work closely with HR teams and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Sourcing Strategies

: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract candidates.

Candidate Assessment

: Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

Talent Pipeline Management

: Maintain a talent pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Metrics and Reporting

: Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership to track progress against hiring goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
