Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and referrals
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
Maintain and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops with stakeholders
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and networking events
Provide recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employment branding
Proficiency in ATS and HR databases
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Discretion in handling confidential information
