Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage high-volume recruitment needs across various departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, sourcing, screening, and onboarding large candidate pools efficiently and within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements (sales, customer support, field staff, etc.) Collaborate with department managers to understand job roles and hiring needs Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and shortlist qualified candidates Coordinate recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics Ensure timely offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Proven expertise in

bulk hiring

and working in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing and screening skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
