Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify suitable resumes and extract relevant keywords based on organizational hiring needs. Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely tracking of hiring activities. Assess candidates' credibility and ensure completion of all required onboarding documentation. Keep applicants updated about their application status throughout the hiring process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Communicate with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs to ensure they understand internal hiring standards and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Skills:

Fresher candidates can apply for this post. Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. High energy, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.
